Consultations by appointment only

If you are feeling unwell, with even the mildest of symptoms, please stay at home. If your pet is in need of medical care and you are in isolation please call our clinic so we can work with your to ensure your pet’s needs are met.

Clients are required to advise our staff if they have been in close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case within the past 14 days or if they have recently tested positive to COVID-19.

Please phone when you arrive at our clinic and before entry. We will come and fetch you when we are ready for you. This allows us to keep social distancing measures in place and avoids too many people in our reception areas for the protection of you, our clients and our staff.

If possible only one family member to accompany your pet.

If you need to purchase food or medication, please phone ahead and we will prepare your order for you to collect.

Please remember you are required to wear a mask at all times. If you have forgotten to bring a mask with you ask a team member and we will provide you with one.

Don’t forget we have Telemedicine consults available so you can talk to one of our vets without the need to leave your home. Booking an appointment is as easy as click and connect.
